Add GMSA Support for IIS Identity in Advanced Insights

We currently use a GMSA (Group Managed Service Account) to run our Advanced Insights connection to our ConfigMgr SQL Database. Each time we perform an upgrade, we have to go into IIS to change the Application Identity on each of the Advanced Insights App Pools to use the GMSA Account since the installer does not allow for a user account to be defined without a password.

It would help us tremendously (and I'm sure others) if the installer could bypass requiring a password if the user account is a GMSA (i.e. account with a $ in it) so that we can set it in the installer, versus having to set it in IIS for the Application Pools after the fact.
