Collect EFI partition size and available space

Cumulative updates, feature updates, and firmware updates often fail due to an EFI System Partition that lacks enough free space for the update. This is especially an issue now with all the firmware updates needed for secure boot on older systems. Microsoft used to specify a minimum size of 100MB. They now indicate 200MB is the minimum and we made the change 2 years ago but have thousands of devices with 100MB partitions.
