Add option to remove Adobe Update cache using Adobe FeatureLockdown Registry

Over time the Windows Installer cache grows from the Adobe Acrobat products as they leave their 1GB+ .MSP file every time it upgrades. Adobe provide the option to remove this cache using a FeatureLockdown setting called PatchCleanFlag.

Could this please be considered as a default or optional script within the app configurations for Adobe?

We are aware that we can add this a Custom Pre or Post Script, however it feels this would benefit over customers
