Allow MSP Customer to Edit custom apps prior to deployment

Please add the ability to allow MSP Customers to edit custom apps deployed via the cloud portal (MSP Plus) prior to the MSP customer deploying the application/update into their own tenant.

This will allow the customers to have flexibility to specify the configurations specific to their company prior to deploying the package.

For example, the MSP parent company publishes a custom application that may require different configuration settings or files per customer. The MSP parent can then make that custom app available to the MSP Customer and then the customer can add any additional files or scripts to the package prior to deployment.
