At the present time, there is no option to exclude groups from the deployment of the Patch My PC client used for Advanced Insights for Intune.
This isn't optimal where an admin wants to deploy one version to all devices / users, and then exclude groups for other deployments, example;
Production Deployment
Included Groups - All Devices
Excluded Groups - IT Test Devices
Latest Version Deployment
Included Groups - IT Test Devices
Today, the admin needs to create an maintain groups through automation or dynamic group membership purposes, which isn't ideal for many reasons. Keeping it more like the native capabilities of Intune would be a much better option.
Given that this functionality is part of every other application created within the SaaS portal, it would make sense for Patch My PC to support it for the client.
