We are currently implementing distinct deployment workflows for base applications (Intune Apps) and patch management (Intune Updates). However, changing configurations under the "Options" form on one tab mirrors the behavior to the other.
As an example, we need the ability to configure these two workspaces independently. Specifically, we require distinct settings for Intune Apps:
Copying Assignments: The ability to copy the existing Apps assignments to newly created applications.
Deleting Previously created applications: Deleting any previously created applications when an updated application is published.
While, for Intune Updates we would like to keep it without these options selected and we manually take care of the assignments and deletions.
Though we have the option to set distinctively for each Intune App (or Manufacturer) or Intune Update in publisher, we would like to have separate configuration profiles for the Intune Apps and Intune Updates tabs within the Publisher engine.
