Devin Desktop is the new name for Windsurf. It’s the same IDE, same editor, and has the same features, Windsurf 2.0 will become Devin Desktop on June 2nd 2026.

Our catalog entry for Windsurf has been renamed to Devin. This update aligns our naming with the vendor’s current branding and helps ensure customers can easily identify the correct application in the catalog.
