There currently isn't a native attribute in ConfigMgr or CMPivot to get full OS Build for example: 10.0.26200.8390, 10.0.19045.7291, etc. If it's possible to get this added to inventory extensions it would make it easier to query and report on devices not up to date with current cumulative updates.

Build version is in the dataset and is hilighted on the Operating Systems Page. You can surface a report of all Build Versions by navigating to the Operating Systems page, using the chart pivot to change from "Support Status" to "Build Version" and then clicking the cog icon to "View Chart Data".
