When reviewing patient lists within Ardens Manager dashboards, users often need to open the corresponding patient record in their clinical system to review or take further action.
Ardens Desktop is a lightweight application installed on your device that connects Ardens Manager to your clinical system via NHS IM1 Pairing Integration. It runs locally and allows patient records to be opened directly from Ardens Manager reports without storing any identifiable patient data.
Ardens Desktop improves workflow by allowing users to move directly from dashboard insights to patient records. Once installed, users can:
Open a patient record directly from a report
Quickly review patient details in their clinical system
Take action on patients identified through Ardens Manager dashboards

The challenge is that the URL needs to be accessible globally, since our customers are located all over the world, not just in the US and UK. Unfortunately, we can't add this to our general catalog since the URL is not accessible everywhere. However, you can use Custom Apps as a workaround.
The download endpoint seems to be blocked for users located in the United States. See attached screenshot
