Some third-party developers require that launch binaries loaded from a network share be copied to the client to avoid long loading times for the application.
It would be useful to have the option to copy files and folders only and define them as detection.
May we please have more details on this request?
The title mentions a Custom-App based on File copy, which is possible, as a Custom App can be created based off a script as a primary installation file:

Within PMPC cloud you can you pre-install and post-install actions. Couldn't you add the neccessary files as additional files and use a pre-install script to the desired location?
