Add a "Copy Supersedence" option for Intune applications

We deploy a large amount of applications to our Intune managed lab machines, around 60+ applications (Not all PMPC apps). We use the Blocking apps section of the ESP to minimize the installation time during Autopilot as all 60+ applications are deployed as "Required" - we don't want students to have to manually go into Company Portal and install an Available application, especially when some are large engineering apps.

These Required deployments, some PMPC apps had Supersedence set - for example the new Intellij IDEA 2026, set to supersede any of the older random Ultimate\Community editions that were in the environment from the past. And that's when I noticed the supersedence I'd set initially hadn't copied across when a new version of IntelliJ IDEA 2026 was published. Having the option would at least ensure we know that older versions will be removed & not rely on vendor media upgrading\removing\overwriting\co-existing with older versions. And not have to manually add supersedence rules in again until we know the environments cleaned up.

An option "Copy requirements from the previous release when a new application is published" would be handy!
