.Net update only

As an MSP that handles regulated environments, one of our pain points is updating the multiple .net installs without installing extra versions on somebodies PC.

Currently to my knowledge, we would have to manually create and manage a device group of hosts with a certain version of .net installed and then set it as required. This is painful and becomes time consuming over multiple clients and impossible for larger clients.

I'd be happy with something simple that checks the version installed, if its not the latest, update it to the latest.

I request this be done at least for .net, as I am aware not all .exe are possible.
