Vendor transitioned from a system-wide MSI installer to a per-user MSI installer.
Unfortunately, we cannot reliably support detection in this scenario. Our user-install detection logic checks HKCU, while MSI-based applications register in HKLM regardless of whether they are installed per-user or per-machine. As a result, we are unable to accurately distinguish and detect these per-user MSI installations.
