Allow export of Deployments config

Allow the export of configured Deployments within the PMPC Cloud Portal.

The export should contain settings such as:

  1. Configured Tools with non-default settings (e.g. Scripts, ESP Profiles, retention and more)

  2. Assignments

  3. Deployed variant (installer type, context, architecture)
