Allow the options for When a new applictaion update is available to be set PER applictaion NOT ALL.

Wel we have got some applications that we want to auto update directly when new update is available and some applictaions have to be accepted first and for them we would like to be able to set the option alsways create new applictaion instead of the option update existing applictaions.
