JetBrains Toolbox is a user-based install so it will only be available as a ConfigMgr App, Intune App, and Intune Update. Unfortunately, WSUS/ConfigMgr updates can only run as the SYSTEM account and not in the user-context, therefore WSUS/ConfigMgr updates are unable to perform user-based installs/updates. You will have to deploy the ConfigMgr App to perform JetBrains Toolbox updates in a ConfigMgr environment.
Glad to see the Toolbox added. When might we see it on the update side? Only showing up as Config App currently.

Our company heavily utilizes Jetbrains, and the toolbox app. This would be huge for our company to streamline installs, and patch manage.
JetBrains is a free suite of development tools used by developers.
It could be downloaded here: https://www.jetbrains.com/toolbox-app/
This application could be installed silently by just running the executable with the"/S" parameter.
Uninstallation could also be run silent by using the "/S" parameter.
