Think-Cell

The vendor often provides some customers unique installers with file names and composition. This can produce a different hash for the installer to what we hold in our catalogue. In these circumstances, it is not possible to package think-cell with Patch My PC. You may need to consider manual packaging, or using our Custom Apps feature.

On January 21st, 2025 think-cell 13 has been released. On customer download center I got MSI like setup_think-cell_35656_531n.msi which is not identical with the setup_think-cell_35656.msi which PMPC is looking for. Can you check that please?

Looks like this is updated extremely reguarly and requires constant maintenance to update the latest file in the local repo.

I'm tasked with producing a new package for Think-Cell.
The resent downloaded version from the vendor is version 12.0.35.174 (setup_think-cell_35174.msi)
Currently version 12.0.35.166 is referenced/available in PMPC, so my manual download and trying to make a new package don't compute!
Could You please update to the latest version from the vendor THX ;-)

This was added to the catalogue on Friday.

I have this ready to go, however I'm holding fire for a moment because I'm in contact with the vendor requesting they provide a public download link for their installers. They're responsive so hopefully it'll be out by the end of the week, one way or another.

Their download links are publicly accessible, but the links are session based / time limited. If they can't provide an unrestricted method of downloading, we will likely make it a local content repository application/update.

Unfortunately I don't cause we use the msis for deployment only
