Remove prompt for UAC when opening Patch My PC Publisher

The Publisher's UI prompts for UAC because Settings.xml is needed for read/write in Program Files. Moving this to another location eg ProgramData would enable teams without local administrator rights on servers to manage our software.

Replace EXE installation by MSI

it would be useful, in a update scenario, to "upgrade" EXE installation to a MSI based installation. i.e. if the user installed VLC media player by installing the EXE, but during the update, admin prefer to install the MSI version

Add Repair option for EXE based installers

Patch My PC currently only supports the "repair" option in ConfigMgr for MSI based applications. I would like to see this expanded to EXE applications where possible, so that end users may repair their own application installs if needed.
