Preserving Supersedence Relationship upon Upgrade

Process apps to publish in parallel

Update dependency whenever a new version of the main app released

Support user-based apps detection in HKLM, not just HKCU

Add support for user-based apps that store data in HKLM ARP instead of HKCU. Some user-based apps do this and today our detection for user-based apps only looks in HKCU.
