Update dependency whenever a new version of the main app released

When new version of an app gets published to Intune it would be nice if had option to update the dependency and not just copy the existing dependency.

Preserving Supersedence Relationship upon Upgrade

This issue happens upon the creation of manual supersedence rules on some of the apps that we publish within ConfigMgr, but when we do the update in place on each new release, it sets their supersedence rule to inactive.
