Currently, it's not possible to remove all text strings from the Title list that have been added - as a test, when creating a new rule and adding at least Title 1 text string, clicking Ok, then bringing the list back up and trying to remove them all, the Ok button is greyed out.
Ignore - realised I can uncheck the Title from the Property Filters list. Oops.
