Add Shotcut (User) to the PMPC catalog

Several schools I support have 3D printers that use this Ultimaker Cura printing software. I imagine it could be helpful to other orgs to have this application handled by PMP.

It's great that you have the TeamViewer full client. It would be nice to have the TeamViewer Host as well

While the MSI-x64 package is available in the Publisher catalog (thank you!), there is a behavior bug with the client installed via MSI. Requesting the EXE-x64 as well for selection.
