Google chat Webhook option for PMPC Publisher

Add the option for creating Google Chat Webhooks in the Patch My PC Publisher Alerts tab. This would be helpful for organizations that use Google Workspace for communication. https://developers.google.com/workspace/chat/quickstart/webhooks

Acrobat Reader detection should check both x86 and x64

Adobe is switching Reader to 64-bit. Reader 32-bit should consider itself installed if 64-bit is already installed. We shouldn't need to rely on CM collection queries.

Add "Last Updated" column in the Deployments blade.

Currently, we need to check the Events blade to see if a deployment was updated. It would be nice to see this in the Deployments blade. Showing only the "Date Created" is a little ambiguous when trying to understand if we deployed a newer version
