Possibility to customize the "user documentation" link of an application from the publishing service

This app is used in Canada for Shipping, it does not update without local admin access but the update is required once its deployed to the Canada Post Servers. I'm not even sure if there is a silent install option for it.

sometimes vendors give us .cmd files and we prefer to leave them untouched so would be great if supported by pmpc
