    Include additional details in Events description

    When a deployment is modified, it'd be helpful to see the details of the change(s) in the descriptions. For example, if a script was added.

    Alerts: send notification when the code signing certificate changes

    It would be nice to send a notification when the code-signing certificate change in the PMPC Publisher, especially if managed by ConfigMgr.That way, admins will know to update the certificate installed during imaging.
