Allow blank "silent install argument" for custom apps
Some applications install silently without an install argument, however Custom Apps requires an installation argument. Please allow creating a custom app with an empty installation argument.

Retain (or be able to import in) install parameters on Custom App Update
When attempting to upload a new version of an app in the portal, the silent install parameters are not retained. It would be great if they could be retained, have the option to select to carry them over, or be able to see what they previously were...
Match the custom apps hash with PMPC catalog, send warning
If the customer uploads a file or application that we already support in the catalog, send warning saying we already support it, no need to build custom app... use easy button.
