Include the customer message of the issue when cases are opened in the initial auto response

revert to old version of patch my pc

the new version sucks and I dont want to use it. I prefer the old version but every time I try to run it it auto deletes. stop deleting the old version and leave me be.

BrowserStack Local for MacOS

Would be nice to have the BrowserStack Local app in the catalog. We have a large number of MacOS users that need to have the software for testing purposes.
