Next to the OS version (Win 10 21H2) it would be handy to include the OS Build info from SCCM as this can be a quick indicator of if a machine has the lastest OS Patch or is outdated.

The publisher should have a right click option to set the type of operating system, client vs. server, as well as the archicture.
