Organize Cloud Portal Categories Alphabetically

In the Cloud portal, show all available Categories in alphabetical order instead of randomly sorted.

Add telemetry for our environments in CVE alerts, notify when one of our apps deployed through PatchMyPC has new CVEs.

The CVE insights app is nice, but it would be very beneficial for us if it had data on the apps we currently are deploying/updating with PatchMyPC and would notify us of new CVEs for those products when they are announced.
