At this time there is not a global option to perform a sync for all tenants. This has to be done manually per product and tenant - sort of defeat the idea of having App Sets. Thanks
It seems that Teams notifications are only sent on create / update but not on delete. That would be helpful as well to have a chance to double check such actions.
This issue happens upon the creation of manual supersedence rules on some of the apps that we publish within ConfigMgr, but when we do the update in place on each new release, it sets their supersedence rule to inactive.
