MSP Cloud Portal - Add Sorting/Filtering/Organization Options for Child Portal List in Parent Portal UI

Currently there is no control over the list of Child Portals from the Parent Portal UI. Adding filtering/sorting/control over the list of Child Portals will make the access and management of them easier from the Parent Portal.
