Need an option to sync multiple time a week, month, etc. Example would be to sync twice weekly on specified days at specified times. This would allow more frequent updates, but not locked into doing updates every day.

Add the ability to add additional fields to a dashboard or a data export.
When exporting data there are times when the provided fields are not enough. One Example is, when exporting warrantee data it would be extremely helpful to be able to add the Active Directory Site to the export.
