Add a toggle to remove metadata only updates from software updates compliance.

Can we get a report to create a non-standard apps that are not deployed by SCCM/Intune and have it on the device (Including User based and device based apps). this is helpful for the security to review the list of apps.

This will allow self updates to be disabled more easily. This appears to be possible using the /noUpdater install switch.
