Allow blank "silent install argument" for custom apps
Some applications install silently without an install argument, however Custom Apps requires an installation argument. Please allow creating a custom app with an empty installation argument.
Would be useful for organisations that need an offline installer for Office. Most likely would require us to provide our own installer as it's a licensed product, but having the packaging side of it done by PMPC would be very helpful!
