Add Harmon.ie application(s) to update catalog

My client uses Harmon.ie to bring emails to SharePoint and Microsoft Teams conversations. It would be helpful to automatically update this software through the use of Patch My PC.

Add support for Tailscale on ARM

As we head into the era of ✨Copilot+ PCs✨ using Qualcomm Snapdragon X processors, we must be able to continue patching apps on those machines with native versions. Therefore, I request that the Tailscale for ARM be added to Patch My PC.

Globalprotect vpn arm support, and have the x64 version not update the arm64 version

Globalprotect vpn x64 doesn't work properly on arm64, and the x64 updates are updating arm64 installations
