Add Bentley Connection Client

CONNECTION Client is Bentley's gateway to cloud services (i.e. licensing), portals and analytics. It is updated on a semi-regular basis and it would be benefical if it could be updated via ConfigMgr/Windows Updates.

Add 8x8 Quality Management Screen Recorder Client

The product is updated on a Quarterly basis and is time sensitive from release to deployment. It would also round out our patching base for 8x8 along with the existing Work for Desktop update.
