    Add indicator to App / Update in Publisher Console if manual download required

    Check Local Content Repository for All Products

    would be nice if we could use the local content repository not only for java but also for all third party products... sometimes because of security guys the required url won't be authorised... for instance we have russian ip blocked by default eve...
