Add the Ditto App (Ditto Connect) by Squirrels LLC. Ditto Receiver is already in the catalog.

This app is used in Canada for Shipping, it does not update without local admin access but the update is required once its deployed to the Canada Post Servers. I'm not even sure if there is a silent install option for it.
