Add Microsoft Edge Webview2 x86

We have an Avaya application that requires the x86 version of Edge Webview2. We need this for initial installs and to make sure it stays up to date when the internal update mechanism fails.

Replace vendor/publisher in software center with a name of your choice vs 'Patch my Pc'

We have received several inquires from users that notice things published in software center by a vendor they don't know. Replacing "Patch my PC' with our internal departments name would resolve those helpdesk calls

RV Tools would be an easy add I would think. It's already an MSI. Mostly tech admin use but would be nice to maintain it better.

This is used as a nice tool to see some hidden vCenter health items.
