Alerts: send notification when the code signing certificate changes

It would be nice to send a notification when the code-signing certificate change in the PMPC Publisher, especially if managed by ConfigMgr.That way, admins will know to update the certificate installed during imaging.

Leverage the Dell API for Drivers from Dell instead of SCCM

Intune / ConfigMgr Scan Wizard - include custom apps too

With the Scan Wizard, you can get information on which software PMPC can patch. Please include the custom apps in the scan wizard too.
