This is really very convenient. I use it regularly at work. I find it practical. I can stay in touch even after working hours. Recently my phone didn't unlock for unknown reasons for a few days, and I couldn't use this app. It also caused difficulties at work. I was lucky to be able to unlock my Verizon phone by contacting a specialized service. As it turned out later, after the update, my phone destroyed almost all the information stored on it, including the password.
