Tortoise SVN ipv6

We use Direct Access VPN and that uses ipv6. That is why we can't use Tortoise SVN ipv4. But we need ipv6. https://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/1.9.7/Application/ipv6/

recover deleted update

when making a mistake like deleting an old update we still needed... would be nice if there was a possibility to restore it since the source/cab file seem to still be there.
