New application and update request for SpotLightXL

It is a financial excel add-in that we are using in our company. It is something that has on a frequently base updates. So it should be nice if we can handle this via PMP.

Security Dashboard Inverted Search

We would like an option to list by remediation rather than CVE. Some remediations cover multiple CVEs and we feel it would be more effective to filter in this way.
