At least in our environment, the upgrade is the desired behavior
Since we have added this application, version 8 has been released. Should we upgrade any older version of Octave to version 8? This is the behavior of our update today.
Now that I run through this, it may not be possible as there is no silent installation mechanism built into the installer that I can find without using other tools (ie scripting)
