this could be very usefull at least for mission critic updates in a vpn connected environment for instance to detect any network/security/vpn related app maybe based on https://deploymentresearch.com/detecting-wired-wireless-and-vpn-connections-using-powershell/
the most useful scenario for us would be that pmpc show the close/kill app/process popup notification for the vpn app update if a vpn connection is active so users can decide if they want to risk the update when connected to the vpn or skip the update when using the vpn...
