Encompass SmartClient and SmartClient Core both the applications are used for business purpose. We encounter issues with custom packaging the app for multiple reasons and it is not a user friendly for silent installation process. It has series of dependent applications to be installed as following Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86, Enable dotNet 2.0, Encompass Document Converter, AmyUni PDF Converter, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, SmartClient Core and Encompass SmartClient.
