We utilize a tool called BeyondTrust (recently renamed, used to be Bomgar) for remote control support in our environment. There is a console and also an agent. I believe that it may require credentials to download updates, but it would still be very useful even if we had to utilize the local content repository.
The install files seem to be only accessible with Beyond Trust customer credentials.
This would be a great addition for our company as well. We utilize BeyondTrust Remote Support Tools extensively.

This would be a big help for our company. Right now we will have to package and manage this ourselves. Jump clients are used on both our Mobile and PC devices.
This one would be a BIG help. Versioning would be tough because each tenant is on a specific version. It may have to be one of those where we supply the installation files.
