Log current working directory in PatchMyPC-ScriptRunner.log

It would be useful to see script runner's currently working directory in its log file. This helps us determine what triggered its installed based on its directory and also helps understand clearer in the log when working with two identical apps/updates but with different update ID's because the customer republished and did not superseded the original.
