Add support for Seafile Drive Client for Windows

Seafile is a Dropbox like application to share files. We (the University Hospital and Clinics Leipzig) are using it to store and share files with colleagues and partners.

Seafile is also used by many other universites in Germany.

Seafile Drive Client for Windows maps your libraries and folders from the central server to a network drive on you local PC. That is very useful because you dont have to upload/download via the webinterface.

Currently we deploy/update the client installation manually via our SCCM infrastructure and it would be very helpful to have it supported by PatchMyPC.
