Add ability to add Additional Requirement Rules for Intune Apps Merged

We are starting to use AutoPilot for system deployment and have a security group that targets our standard applications to systems using the service. It would be very helpful if we were able to add an Additional Requirement Rule, similar to how the Intune Updates are done currently, where we could put a check in place to make sure a new Intune App doesn't get rolled out to existing AutoPilot systems before we are ready.
