Indicate a sync of the Publisher is in progress in the UI

It would be useful if the Publisher could indicate a sync is currently in progress within the UI, perhaps in the Sync schedule tab near the Run Publishing Service Sync button.

It is not uncommon to click the Run Publishing Service Sync button without realising a sync is already in progress. It can lead to confusion expecting newly applied changes to be applied during the current running sync cycle.
